It is a little while since we have posted a news update from Araucaria… but that is not because nothing is happening.
We have been weeding, weeding weeding…
The joeys are bounding…
The seedlings are growing…
And we are raising awareness of a potential logging threat to our nearby Bungabbee State Forest.
A fairly insignificant shower of rain yesterday filled us full of optimism for a wet spring and summer ahead. With several areas prepared for planting, and many little natives regenerating, we are waiting, waiting, waiting for the spring dry to break…
