This somewhat insignificant clump of native grass has been growing in a harsh environment for years. Now it has decided it is spring and has erupted with the most gorgeous sprays of flower.
We haven’t known what the gras was till now, guessing only that it was a type of Lomandra. With input from our Jiggi Landcare Brainstrust we now know it is Lomandra Multiflora.
