‘Wild Homes for Wildlife – Nest Box Building Workshop and
Installation Walk and Talk’, Rock Valley
Conservation Volunteers Australia will be holding a nest box building workshop and installation walk and talk next Friday 3rd December at Rock Valley. This is an opportunity to learn some practical skills to build and install nest boxes, including seeing an example of a ‘Hollowhog’.
The nest boxes built on the day will be installed on local properties in the weeks after the event to help create more homes for wildlife.
Time: 9am till 1pm (or arrive 8:45am for a welcome tea or coffee)
Location: Rock Valley, address provided on booking

8:45am-9am: Induction and welcome tea or coffee
9am-11am: Practical building – making nest boxes for wildlife
11am–11:15pm: Small break
11:15am – 12:30pm: Walk & talk with Nick from Sentinel Tree Care, learning about nest box and Hollowhog installation
8:45am-9am: Induction and welcome tea or coffee
